Responsibilities
- Supervise the school premises during designated duty hours, ensuring the safety and well‑being of all students.
- Monitor and enforce school rules, addressing any disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
- Assist teachers and administrative staff in organizing school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, attendance, and any emergencies that occur during the shift.
- Provide first‑aid assistance and coordinate with medical personnel when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and parents for any concerns that arise during duty periods.
- Support the implementation of Islamic values by leading short Qur’an recitations or prayers when appropriate.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school safety drills.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the principal and the administrative office.
- Assist with the management of school facilities, ensuring classrooms, corridors, and common areas are clean and orderly.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders (Pria / Wanita).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; for teaching positions, a minimum S1 degree in the relevant field is required. For administrative support, a D3/S1 in Administration or a related discipline is acceptable.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old are preferred, though exceptions may be made for highly qualified individuals.
- Experience: No prior experience is mandatory, but internships or volunteer work in educational settings are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey instructions clearly to students and staff.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment: A strong dedication to the field of education and a desire to contribute to student development.
- Character: Good moral conduct, Islamic personality, and the ability to recite the Al‑Qur’an fluently.
- Personal Traits: Discipline, honesty, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned to any school location as needed by the organization.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
