Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Kolektor Lapangan for the Pasuruan region of East Java. The role involves direct, face‑to‑face interaction with our portfolio of borrowers, ensuring timely repayment of overdue invoices and maintaining strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the collections team to execute daily visit schedules, negotiate payment plans, and report collection results accurately. This is a full‑time position with a Monday‑Saturday work schedule, offering a dynamic environment for individuals who thrive on targets, communication, and field‑based problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize the daily visitation list assigned by the collection supervisor, covering the designated Pasuruan area.
- Visit each debtor’s premises on schedule, conduct courteous yet firm discussions, and collect overdue payments in accordance with company policies.
- Identify and pursue “over‑due” accounts (beyond the agreed credit term) to minimize the total amount of delinquent receivables.
- Provide advance reminders to customers whose payment due dates are approaching, helping to prevent future delinquencies.
- Document every interaction, amount collected, and any promises to pay, then submit the cash receipts to the central accounting office promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams when accounts require escalated action, such as legal notices or restructuring.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols while traveling throughout the region.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations respectfully.
- Basic numeracy and the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation for traveling to client locations.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices or tablets for reporting and data entry while in the field.
