This multifaceted role supports the full spectrum of laundry and cleaning operations, from front‑desk cash handling to garment pressing, delivery logistics, and promotional activities. Candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience and a high level of professionalism are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Cashier & Operator (Male/Female – Attractive Personality)
- Greet customers, process payments, and manage daily cash flow with accuracy.
- Maintain the point‑of‑sale system, issue receipts, and reconcile end‑of‑day reports.
- Answer phone inquiries, schedule pickup and delivery services, and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Leverage prior experience in sales promotion, public relations, or live‑stream hosting to enhance customer engagement.
- Staff Satuan (Male/Female)
- Sort, wash, and fold garments according to fabric type and client specifications.
- Operate industrial washing machines and dryers while ensuring optimal settings for each load.
- Inspect items for stains, damages, or missing accessories and report findings to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Staff Gosok (Male/Female) – 4 Positions
- Perform high‑quality ironing and pressing for a variety of clothing items.
- Utilize steam presses, flat irons, and specialized equipment to achieve wrinkle‑free results.
- Coordinate with the sorting team to prioritize urgent orders.
- Inspect finished pieces for consistency and present them neatly for delivery.
- Kurir (Male) – 1 Position
- Plan and execute timely pickups and deliveries within the designated service area.
- Handle garments with care, ensuring they remain protected during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon completion.
- Provide on‑site assistance for minor customer inquiries when necessary.
- Marketing (Male/Female) – 1 Position
- Develop and implement local promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
- Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the cashier/operator to design loyalty programs and special offers.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age who meet the skill criteria are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (experience in SPG, GRO, PR, PA, or live‑stream hosting is a plus for the cashier/operator role).
- Core skills:
- Adaptability and quick learning ability.
- Proficiency with cleaning equipment and laundry tools.
- Strong compliance with operational rules and safety protocols.
- Effective complaint handling and customer service techniques.
- Basic knowledge of garment care and washing processes.
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality for scheduled shifts (08:00 – 20:00).
