We are seeking a diligent and customer‑focused Cashier (Kasir) to join our team at the vibrant Mall Living World – Kota Wisata Cibubur. Responsibilities
- Handle all cash, debit, credit‑card, and installment transactions accurately and efficiently at the assigned outlet.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the checkout area and product displays.
- Conduct regular stock‑take (stock opname) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Apply the highest standards of cashier service, greeting customers warmly and resolving queries promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Enter purchase and sales data into the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system and perform related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with floor staff to coordinate promotions, discounts, and special events.
- Assist in training new cashiers during the onboarding period at the Mangga Dua Mall training center.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, technical issues, or potential fraud to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols to protect both customers and the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of proven cashier experience in a single retail or hospitality company.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data entry.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows‑based POS software.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, reliability, and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and suggest process improvements.
- Physically and mentally fit, with the stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance, energetic demeanor, and a friendly, approachable style.
- Residency within or near the Cibubur area; willingness to work at the assigned mall location.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
