Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for grades 7‑9, aligning with the national curriculum and Sakamoto’s pedagogical standards.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, and interactive activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing timely feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records in the school’s management system.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings, collaborative curriculum development sessions, and professional development workshops.
- Monitor classroom behavior, enforce school policies, and create a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Utilize digital tools and e‑learning platforms to enhance instructional delivery and promote blended learning.
- Engage in a one‑month intensive training program at the KPO Sakamoto Jakarta campus to familiarize with our teaching methodology.
- Contribute ideas for extracurricular math clubs, competitions, and enrichment programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Mathematics, MIPA, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Female candidates only, aged between 22 and 35 years.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience teaching middle‑school mathematics.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for working with children and a deep commitment to educational excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: honesty, responsibility, patience, and discipline.
- Ability to adapt lesson content for students with varying ability levels.
- Willingness to attend a mandatory one‑month training program at our Jakarta KPO.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with educational software (e.g., Google Classroom, Moodle).
