Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door prospecting across designated neighborhoods, introducing MyRepublic’s high‑speed internet and cable TV packages to residential and small‑business customers.
- Perform product demonstrations on a tablet or mobile device, highlighting key features such as unlimited data, reliable Wi‑Fi, and exclusive channel line‑ups.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative questioning, then tailor service proposals that align with those needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into signed contracts, while maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with newly signed customers to ensure successful installation, activation, and satisfaction, thereby reducing churn.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to relay market feedback, common objections, and emerging trends.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the MyRepublic brand image during all customer interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Report daily activity, sales figures, and pipeline status to the regional sales manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) / SMK or equivalent.

- Zero to several years of sales experience – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable motor vehicle for daily travel.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone for accessing sales tools, GPS navigation, and communication apps.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
