Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all floor operations, ensuring that service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols are consistently met.
- Monitor and evaluate crew performance, providing real‑time feedback, coaching, and corrective actions to maintain high productivity.
- Conduct daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, inventory checks, and equipment inspections.
- Manage stock opname, track inventory levels of food, beverage, and supplies, and coordinate timely re‑ordering with vendors.
- Develop and maintain employee schedules, balancing labor costs with peak service periods while respecting labor regulations.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for new hires, focusing on service etiquette, food safety, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure product quality, portion control, and timely preparation of menu items.
- Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly to preserve brand reputation.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, staff attendance, and inventory variance for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) degree in any field.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) and willingness to work shifting schedules.
- Ability to relocate to the Ponorogo restaurant location.
- Core competencies: analytical thinking, conflict management, inventory control, presentation skills, adherence to standards, and team coordination.
