Responsibilities
- Manage daily office workflow, including document filing, data entry, and record‑keeping for all departments.
- Coordinate and monitor shift schedules, ensuring seamless hand‑overs between day and night teams.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting minutes, and official correspondence in both Indonesian and English when required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, providing courteous and accurate information.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders, and track usage to avoid shortages.
- Support payroll processing by collecting attendance sheets, overtime logs, and shift differentials.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and data protection standards.
- Provide backup support for other administrative functions such as reception, filing, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Continuously identify process‑improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; preference for non‑hijab applicants.
- Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
