Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Professional Motorcycle Washing Technicians. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and mechanical care that our customers expect from a top‑tier motor service centre. The ideal candidate is a motivated male, aged 30 or younger, with at least a secondary school education (SMP/MTS or equivalent) and a strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough hand‑washing, rinsing, and drying of motorcycles using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
- Apply protective waxes, polish, and detailing products to restore and preserve the bike’s finish.
- Inspect each vehicle for dirt accumulation, rust, or damage and report findings to the service supervisor.
- Maintain and clean workshop tools, pressure washers, hoses, and drying racks to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, detergents, microfiber towels, and protective gear, notifying management of low stock.
- Assist in basic pre‑service preparations such as oil checks, tire pressure verification, and battery cleaning when required.
- Coordinate with the service team to schedule wash cycles that align with repair and maintenance appointments.
- Uphold workplace safety standards by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following chemical handling protocols.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers, answering brief queries about the cleaning process and offering service recommendations.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new cleaning technologies, eco‑friendly products, and customer service best practices.
