Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide expert advice on motorcycle models, accessories, and financing options.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, promotions, and industry trends to effectively position our inventory.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective buyers, following up on leads generated through showroom traffic, online inquiries, and community events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by employing consultative selling techniques and closing deals efficiently.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts while ensuring all documentation complies with company policies.
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule test rides, maintenance appointments, and post‑sale support.
- Participate in regular product training sessions, dealership events, and promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure that displayed motorcycles are presented in pristine condition.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing insights to management for continuous improvement of the sales process.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 30 years (both male and female applicants welcome).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative problem‑solving and the ability to think outside the box.
- Self‑discipline, honesty, and adherence to company policies.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
