Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations to boost sales.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments.
- Maintain store presentation standards by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the back‑office team for replenishment.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and store security checks.
- Participate actively in team meetings, sales briefings, and training sessions to stay updated on product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially when handling food‑related products in the outlet.
- Support promotional activities, such as in‑store tastings, product sampling, and special events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the outlet.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in the culinary or food‑service industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and support fellow crew members.
- Employment Status: Must not be employed elsewhere at the time of application.
- Training: Willingness to attend and complete comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and basic computer usage.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
