Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Gudang dan Penjualan to join our fast‑growing logistics and distribution team in Jati Agung, Lampung. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily warehouse operations, coordinating with the sales force, and ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and moved in accordance with our FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) policy. Responsibilities
- Membuat report stok harian: Compile, verify, and distribute daily stock reports that capture opening balances, inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, and any adjustments.
- Mengalokasikan stok barang ke sales: Coordinate with the sales department to allocate inventory based on order priority, regional demand, and promotional plans.
- Memastikan pembayaran sesuai: Cross‑check invoices and receipts to confirm that payments from retail outlets align with delivered quantities and agreed terms.
- Menyiapkan orderan retail outlet: Generate picking lists, pack items securely, and schedule dispatches to meet retail outlet delivery windows.
- Melakukan stock opname setiap hari saat cut‑off orderan: Conduct end‑of‑day physical counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update the inventory management system before the next order cycle.
- Menyiapkan list produksi barang orderan retail outlet: Work with the production team to forecast raw material needs and ensure that manufacturing schedules reflect retail demand.
- Melakukan pengecekan expired barang: Identify and quarantine any items approaching their expiration dates, then coordinate with sales for discounted clearance or safe disposal.
- Menerapkan sistem FIFO stok barang yang ada di gudang: Enforce FIFO rotation, train warehouse staff on proper shelving techniques, and monitor compliance through regular audits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference given to candidates holding a D3 or S1 degree.
- Age: ≤ 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate administration, preferably within a provider or distribution environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established workflow procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain teamwork, collaborate with sales, production, and finance, and resolve conflicts quickly.
- Rapid adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Residence in or around Jati Agung, Provinsi Lampung is highly desirable.
