Introduction
GraPARI Bone, a trusted service hub for Telkomsel, is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our front‑line team. In this role you will be the voice of the company, delivering timely information, handling requests, and resolving complaints for Telkomsel’s extensive customer base. Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, respond to service requests, and resolve complaints related to Telkomsel products and services for all customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues via the designated Cookies ticketing system or other approved channels to the appropriate functional teams, ensuring swift follow‑up.
- Support Service Operations by monitoring service health, documenting incidents, and contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Identify and record customer or prospect objectives and challenges using the Telkomsel‑approved application, ensuring data integrity for downstream analysis.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Telkomsel’s portfolio, promotions, and policy changes to advise customers confidently.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including technical support, billing, and sales—to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions, share best practices, and assist in training new team members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) – graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership over customer issues.
- Target‑oriented attitude with a commitment to meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
