Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major faults to maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including output counts, downtime, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promptly addressing any hazards.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, replenish raw materials, and handle finished goods.
- Assist in the preparation of daily work schedules and shift handovers.
- Support quality control by conducting visual inspections and documenting any deviations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (maximum 0 years is a placeholder; realistic age limit applied).
