Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations for smartphones, wearables, and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features, conduct hands‑on trials, and explain technical specifications in clear, non‑technical language.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure display areas are clean, organized, and attractive.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts or warranties.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with store managers and brand representatives to execute launch events, product workshops, and in‑store promotions.
- Capture and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to help refine merchandising strategies.
- Provide post‑sale support, including warranty registration, troubleshooting basic issues, and arranging service appointments.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on new releases from Apple, Samsung, Garmin, Xiaomi, and other partners.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, shift scheduling (Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑22:00), and health & safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years.
- Gender: open to all.
- At least 1 year of retail experience; 3+ years preferred for B2B gadget sales or Apple product knowledge.
- Prior experience in fashion or sport retail is a plus for Garmin‑focused locations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer‑service mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a target‑driven environment and handle rotating shift schedules.
- Team‑player attitude, problem‑solving aptitude, and a willingness to relocate within the Jateng & DIY region as needed.
