Introduction

The Sales & Marketing Advertising position is a dynamic, client‑facing role based in our Unit Usaha. The successful candidate will spearhead the acquisition of new advertising clients, nurture existing relationships, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact billboard, baliho, spanduk, and digital advertising solutions. This role offers a fast‑paced environment where creativity meets results‑driven sales, ideal for ambitious women under 27 who are ready to grow within the advertising and printing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with new clients across sectors such as retail, real estate, hospitality, and government agencies.
  • Present and tailor advertising packages—including billboard, baliho, spanduk, and digital ad placements—to match client objectives and budgets.
  • Prepare detailed pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up diligently until the deal is closed.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, seeking repeat orders and upselling complementary services.
  • Collaborate closely with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to installation.
  • Track sales pipelines, forecast monthly targets, and report performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings to stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide post‑sale support, gather client feedback, and contribute ideas for service improvements.

Requirements

  • Female candidate, maximum age of 27 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma); SMA/SMK acceptable when combined with relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing within the advertising, billboard, or related media sector.
  • Strong communication skills, confident presentation abilities, and a persuasive negotiation style.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid SIM C for on‑site client visits.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
