We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer – Channeling to join our dynamic team in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. Responsibilities

  • Promote and present the company’s product range to existing clients and prospective customers.
  • Secure orders through channel distribution partners by gathering initial data, verifying information, and completing required customer documentation.
  • Prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring all forms are accurate and compliant with internal policies.
  • Track the progress of credit applications, communicate approval or denial decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms that affect their purchase.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, providing regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely invoicing.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments to sales tactics.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (all majors) or SMA/SMK/Equivalent.
  • Age: maximum 29 years; recent graduates are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or channel management role is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
