Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers, answering inquiries about menu items, promotions, and dietary information.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise and promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Monitor inventory of cash drawers, reconcile end‑of‑day sales reports, and promptly report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash count, bank deposits, and preparation of daily financial summaries.
- Support the kitchen and service staff by relaying special orders, handling take‑away and delivery tickets, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, hygiene standards, and customer‑service best practices.
- Uphold health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper sanitization of the cash register area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, suggest upselling opportunities, and promote seasonal menu items.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: maximum 25 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in a food & beverage or retail environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Height: minimum 155 cm for women and 160 cm for men.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo company‑provided training programs.
- Completed at least two doses of the COVID‑19 vaccine.
- Proficiency in using POS and cash‑handling systems; basic computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem‑solving ability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are advantageous.
