Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Administrasi Perkantoran to join our dynamic office team. This full‑time position is based in Indonesia and offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration tasks, including filing, scanning, and archiving of both physical and electronic documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, such as handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions to ensure timely execution of decisions.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and oversee receipt of deliveries to keep the workplace fully stocked.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, employee attendance tracking, and basic HR documentation.
  • Support the finance department by processing invoices, expense reports, and simple bookkeeping entries.
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when business trips are required.
  • Implement and suggest process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, reflecting the creative and innovative mindset we value.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of office administration experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also welcome.
  • Key Skills: Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace), strong written and verbal communication, and solid organizational abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Creative thinking, open‑mindedness, innovation, teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Availability: Commitment to work the full schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
