Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance’s loan and financing products to small‑medium enterprises, individual borrowers, and strategic partners.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels, expanding the branch’s market reach within the Wonogiri region.
- Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants, cooperatives, and other business entities that can refer customers to BCA Finance.
- Conduct on‑site surveys, collect relevant financial data, and perform credit‑worthiness analyses in accordance with internal risk‑assessment guidelines.
- Support the branch’s sales targets by preparing proposals, presenting product benefits, and negotiating terms with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth application‑to‑disbursement process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, market feedback, and competitive intelligence using BCA Finance’s CRM system.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including data‑privacy obligations under UU No. 27/2022, and ensure that customer information is handled securely.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and community outreach events to stay informed about industry trends and local economic developments.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are also welcome.
- Academic performance: GPA of at least 2.50.
- Age: No upper age limit; applicants of any age may apply.

- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of relevant experience.
- Technical skills: Strong analytical ability, persuasive communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses: Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle.
