Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lesson plans that cater to the individual learning styles of each student.
- Prepare supplemental teaching materials, interactive exercises, and multimedia resources to make complex concepts easy to understand.
- Conduct regular diagnostic assessments, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback to both students and their parents.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow Haya instructors to share best practices, develop cross‑subject projects, and continuously improve teaching methodologies.
- Stay updated on national education standards, examination formats, and emerging pedagogical trends relevant to secondary education.
- Manage administrative duties such as attendance records, lesson reports, and scheduling of tutoring sessions.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or associate degree (D4) in Education, the specific subject area, or a related field.
- Age: 27 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least one year of tutoring, teaching, or relevant instructional experience.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, where applicable, proficiency in English, Arabic, or Mandarin.
- Ability to create fun, age‑appropriate learning materials that keep students motivated.
- Understanding of child development and the specific academic needs of secondary‑school learners.
- Technological competence with online teaching platforms, virtual whiteboards, and basic multimedia editing tools.
