Responsibilities

- Serve dishes and drinks in a courteous and timely manner, checking back to confirm satisfaction.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit cards, and mobile payments while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Upsell complementary items such as desserts, specialty coffees, and promotional beverages.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate complex concerns to management when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift clean‑up, and regular training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
