We are seeking a motivated Administrator Administrasi Layanan to join our dynamic team in the Landasan Ulin and Banjarbaru area. The successful candidate will work full‑time from 08:00 to 17:00, providing essential back‑office assistance that ensures smooth daily operations across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and archiving of company documents.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data‑privacy standards.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating room bookings, and managing calendars for supervisors.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, responding to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism.
- Enter and verify data in internal systems, generating routine reports for management review.
- Support inventory control by monitoring office supplies, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflow, resolve administrative bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide basic customer service assistance, guiding clients through service procedures and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Participate in periodic audits and assist with the preparation of compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
