Introduction
PT. Cirebon Express Logistics is seeking a dynamic Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi Wilayah Cirebon to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of couriers across the Cirebon region. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our last‑mile delivery network remains reliable, efficient, and compliant with safety and fraud‑prevention standards. Working closely with the Human Resources and Operations teams, the Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for prospective couriers, guide them through the hiring process, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to meet the growing demand for fast, secure parcel delivery.
The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable work schedule that aligns with our customers’ expectations for timely service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential couriers using a variety of channels, including flyering, social media campaigns, community referrals, and local job fairs.
- Verify candidate qualifications, focusing on valid driver’s licenses (SIM) and ownership or access to suitable motorized vehicles.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess documentation completeness, and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Deliver comprehensive orientation sessions covering job duties, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and the use of our proprietary dispatch and tracking applications.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, and courier retention, providing regular analysis to HR and senior management.
- Prepare and submit detailed recruitment reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor field activities for signs of fraudulent behavior, coordinate with the fraud‑prevention unit, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule courier shifts, ensuring optimal coverage during peak delivery periods.
- Facilitate ongoing training and performance coaching for couriers to improve service quality and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a positive employer brand within the community by fostering relationships with local institutions and driver associations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by current operational requirements).
- Age: No upper limit; candidates should demonstrate physical fitness for field work.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, courier management, or a related logistics role.
- Proficiency in debt collection processes and employee recruitment techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail when handling documentation and compliance checks.
- Problem‑solving mindset, especially in identifying and resolving potential fraud incidents.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and mobile logistics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
