Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Cibinong, serving the broader Jabodetabek area. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and both existing and prospective customers, promoting our suite of financial products and ensuring a seamless credit‑application experience. Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Actively market and present Adira Finance’s loan, leasing, and financing solutions to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet individual customer needs.
- Order Acquisition & Data Collection: Secure orders from distribution channels, gather initial customer data, conduct thorough verification, and compile all necessary documentation for credit applications.
- Credit Application Management: Track the progress of each credit file, coordinate with internal underwriting teams, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Payment & Due‑Date Communication: Inform borrowers of repayment schedules, payment locations, and any other critical information that supports timely settlement of obligations.
- Customer Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing long‑term loyalty to drive repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales and portfolio growth targets, reporting performance metrics to the branch manager.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide feedback that helps refine product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Open to fresh graduates, though at least 1 year of relevant experience in multifinance or a related sales role is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with credit‑scoring tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30, at the Adira Finance office closest to the candidate’s domicile.
