Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport goods to designated destinations, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Load, unload, and verify cargo against shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or special handling instructions.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage route planning using GPS and logistic software to optimize fuel efficiency and delivery times.
- Handle paperwork such as delivery receipts, waybills, and incident reports with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate multi‑stop deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Work under pressure during peak periods while maintaining a calm and solution‑focused attitude.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle interior and exterior.
Requirements
- Male applicant, non‑smoker.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proven experience in logistics or transportation, preferably in a similar driver role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to handle stressful situations and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of logistics management and ability to use related software tools.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class required.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
