Introduction
FIFGROUP, a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, is expanding its operations in Mojokerto and is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for the CPCL (Customer Prospect & Credit Liaison) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data management of prospective customers, supporting the credit evaluation process, and delivering timely reports to supervisors. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed entry of prospective consumer data into the company’s CRM and credit assessment systems.
- Verify the completeness and validity of each data point, cross‑checking identification documents, income statements, and other supporting paperwork.
- Conduct routine data quality audits to identify and correct inconsistencies or duplicate records.
- Generate daily and weekly summary reports on data entry progress, validation status, and any anomalies discovered.
- Communicate findings and submit final reports to the team leader or senior manager in a clear, concise format.
- Coordinate with the sales and credit analysis departments to resolve any missing or ambiguous information.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of consumer records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for internal meetings regarding prospect pipeline performance.
- Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling incoming correspondence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: 0‑2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic familiarity with CRM or credit scoring software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in handling numerical and personal data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Time‑management skills to meet daily deadlines, with a typical work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
