We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (AE) – Sales & Marketing to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business acquisition and nurturing existing client relationships within the fast‑moving Internet Service Provider (ISP) sector. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with strong communication abilities, a passion for technology, and a proven track record—or a fresh graduate eager to launch a sales career—in a sales‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities by targeting potential corporate and residential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our ISP services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation, closing, and hand‑over to implementation teams.
  • Provide ongoing account management for existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling additional services.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and customer‑support departments to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend enhancements to sales tactics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices in the ISP and broader IT sectors.
  • Travel to client sites as needed, utilizing a personal vehicle and holding a valid SIM A driving licence.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the ISP, telecommunications, or broader IT industry. Fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant projects are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a “sales hunter” while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong analytical mindset – capable of interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and making data‑driven decisions.
  • Valid SIM A licence and reliable personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
