Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Restaurant Server who is dedicated to delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced dining environment. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, attentive demeanor.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using the POS system and convey them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and adherence to any special requests.
- Monitor table conditions throughout the dining experience, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Address guest inquiries, dietary restrictions, and any concerns with empathy and effective problem‑solving, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist with billing procedures, process payments, and provide accurate receipts while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
- Uphold the restaurant’s service standards, personal grooming policies, and health‑safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, share feedback, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required, though previous hospitality exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a team, manage multiple tables, and stay composed during peak periods.
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and POS operations.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
