Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Karyawan Booth Penjualan Milk Tea to join our fast‑growing beverage brand. This full‑time position is based at a high‑traffic retail booth where you will be the face of the company, delivering delicious milk‑tea creations to a diverse clientele. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of IDR 3.5 million and a structured schedule that runs from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet each customer, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable drink options.
- Prepare a wide variety of milk‑tea beverages according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized booth, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, including regular sanitization of equipment and surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of tea leaves, milk, toppings, cups, and other consumables; report shortages and assist with restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate complex issues to the shift supervisor.
- Promote add‑ons and seasonal specials to increase average transaction value, while respecting customers’ budget constraints.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, sharing tasks and covering breaks as needed.
- Record daily sales figures, waste, and any equipment malfunctions for end‑of‑day reporting.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and service standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
