We are seeking a highly motivated Apoteker Profesional with a strong background in medication management to join our dynamic pharmacy team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, dispense, and verify prescription medications in accordance with hospital protocols and national pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and manage the procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
- Provide comprehensive medication counselling to patients and their families, addressing dosage, side effects, and proper administration techniques.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop optimal therapeutic plans and resolve drug‑related issues.
- Monitor drug therapy outcomes, identify potential drug interactions, and implement interventions to improve patient safety.
- Participate in the preparation of sterile compounding, intravenous admixtures, and specialized dosage forms as required.
- Ensure compliance with all local health authority regulations, including proper documentation, labeling, and reporting of controlled substances.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, such as medication safety audits, formulary management, and staff training programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the pharmacy department.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pharmacy staff and pharmacy technicians, fostering a culture of professionalism and learning.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no prior professional experience required, though internships or volunteer work in a pharmacy setting are advantageous.
- Key attributes: disciplined, detail‑oriented, and highly adaptable to shift work and fast‑changing environments.
- Essential skills: basic knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle medication containers safely.
