Introduction
We are seeking a reliable Staf Gudang Frozen to join our logistics team at the Bitung Warehouse in Kabupaten Bekasi. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in the handling, storage, and distribution of frozen products, ensuring that every item moves through the supply chain with precision and care. The successful candidate will work a six‑day week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, operating within a rotating shift system that may include weekends and national holidays.
Responsibilities
- Inbound – Administration: Verify purchase orders (PO) received from suppliers, cross‑check quantities, and confirm the condition of incoming shipments.
- Inbound – Helper Tasks: Unload pallets, place products in designated cold‑storage zones, and inspect expiration dates to prevent out‑of‑date stock from entering the inventory.
- Outbound – Picker: Retrieve items according to sales orders (SO), ensuring the correct SKU, quantity, and temperature‑controlled handling.
- Outbound – Packer: Pack orders securely, label them accurately, and confirm that each package aligns with the intended delivery route.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile system data with physical stock, and relocate items to maintain optimal storage efficiency.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the frozen environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to cold‑chain protocols.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inbound/outbound performance, stock discrepancies, and equipment utilization for supervisory review.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and isolate any product that does not meet freshness or safety criteria.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), forklift operation (if certified), and emergency response drills.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste, improving order accuracy, and shortening lead times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑35 years.

- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, preferably handling frozen or perishable goods.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, and basic data entry.
- Strong understanding of frozen product handling, including temperature monitoring and expiry‑date management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy pallets in a cold environment.
- Good communication skills for coordination with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
