The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our facilities, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding the company’s reputation for safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous protection of the office, production floor, and surrounding premises.
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and goods, verifying identification and maintaining accurate logs.
- Conduct regular patrols of the plant, warehouses, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activities and promptly address potential hazards.
- Operate and supervise the CCTV and other electronic security systems, reporting any suspicious behavior or system malfunctions.
- Maintain order and comfort within the facility, intervening in conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, including daily activity logs, security breaches, and any emergency responses.
- Collaborate with management, HR, and emergency services during drills, fire alarms, or real emergencies.
- Assist in the implementation of security training for new hires and conduct periodic refresher sessions for staff.
- Perform basic first‑aid assistance and coordinate with medical personnel when needed.
- Support shift handovers by briefing incoming guards on outstanding issues and ongoing security concerns.
Requirements
- Male candidates preferred, aged between 20–40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in security or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Physically and mentally fit; able to stand, walk, and respond quickly for extended periods.
- Possession of a valid Gada Pratama certificate is a strong plus.
- Must hold a current KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) – membership card is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact courteously with staff and visitors.
- Strong sense of discipline, reliability, and responsibility.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, emergency evacuation procedures, and first‑aid response.
