Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Area Operasional to join our fast‑growing retail network. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each outlet under his/her supervision operates efficiently, meets sales targets, and delivers the high‑quality customer experience that defines our brand. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a solid educational background (minimum S1), at least one year of relevant experience, and a strong passion for retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and achievement of sales, service, and profitability targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, inventory turnover, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, shift allocation, and attendance management to maintain optimal staffing levels during peak and off‑peak hours.
- Conduct regular on‑site inspections and audits to verify that visual merchandising, store layout, and safety protocols are correctly implemented.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and frontline employees, fostering a collaborative team environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present operational reports to regional management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommended strategies.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and coordination with the central logistics team.
- Ensure all outlets adhere to legal, health, and safety regulations, as well as internal policies on cash handling and data security.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, resolving issues promptly to maintain brand loyalty.
- Support the rollout of promotional campaigns, new product launches, and technology upgrades across the area.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or operational experience in retail or a comparable industry.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and senior management.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability; honesty is non‑negotiable.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and retail management systems.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving ability, quick decision‑making, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
