Responsibilities
- Actively approach customers in partner stores and present the features and advantages of Indodana Paylater.
- Demonstrate the step‑by‑step process of using Paylater, ensuring customers feel confident completing transactions.
- Assist shoppers at the point of sale, guiding them through the application, approval, and payment processes.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of interactions, sales outcomes, and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with store managers and retail staff to optimize product placement and promotional activities.
- Identify and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to the regional sales team.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product updates, compliance requirements, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 19‑30 years (both male and female applicants welcome).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; experience in fintech or payment solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Sunday, 10:00‑20:00) and on‑site at various store locations.
- Result‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic proficiency with mobile sales tools, POS systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
