The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while communicating the science and benefits behind our premium product range. Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk‑in and scheduled clients, establishing a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport.
  • Conduct thorough product knowledge sessions, explaining the chemical composition, structure, and active ingredients of each SOZO product to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, including invoicing, inventory logs, and client records, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Assess client needs through consultative questioning, recommend suitable treatments or products, and follow up to gauge satisfaction.
  • Execute promotional activities such as product demonstrations, limited‑time offers, and loyalty program enrollment, leveraging proven marketing principles.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share client feedback and trends, contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, industry developments, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a sales, retail, or frontliner role, preferably within the beauty or health‑care sector.
  • Strong integrity and a professional attitude that reflects the values of SOSO Skin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex product formulations in simple, customer‑friendly language.
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including document handling, sales reporting, and use of POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work the designated schedule (09:30 – 17:30) and adapt to occasional weekend or promotional events as needed.
