Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Outlet Regional to oversee multiple food‑and‑beverage locations across the designated region. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of all assigned outlets, guaranteeing compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, labor cost, inventory shrinkage, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct regular site visits, perform mystery‑shop audits, and provide actionable feedback to outlet managers to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for new staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and execute regional promotional campaigns, seasonal menu launches, and merchandising plans in collaboration with marketing and supply‑chain teams.
- Manage budgeting processes, forecast staffing needs, and control expenses to meet or exceed profit margins.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalated operational issues promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, cash handling, and reporting to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Facilitate effective communication between headquarters and outlet staff, translating corporate objectives into actionable local plans.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in food & beverage outlet management or a related supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills; fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high level of personal accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Resilience under pressure with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and handling high‑volume periods.
