Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Outlet Regional to oversee multiple food‑and‑beverage locations across the designated region. This pivotal role combines hands‑on operational leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring each outlet delivers exceptional service, maintains stringent quality standards, and achieves its financial targets. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in outlet management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate diverse teams while thriving under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of all assigned outlets, guaranteeing compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, labor cost, inventory shrinkage, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits, perform mystery‑shop audits, and provide actionable feedback to outlet managers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for new staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and execute regional promotional campaigns, seasonal menu launches, and merchandising plans in collaboration with marketing and supply‑chain teams.
  • Manage budgeting processes, forecast staffing needs, and control expenses to meet or exceed profit margins.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalated operational issues promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, cash handling, and reporting to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Facilitate effective communication between headquarters and outlet staff, translating corporate objectives into actionable local plans.
  • Encourage a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and respect among all employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in food & beverage outlet management or a related supervisory role.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high level of personal accountability.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Resilience under pressure with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and handling high‑volume periods.
