- Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation of teachers and support staff, cultivating a culture of professional growth.
- Manage the school’s budget, resources, and facilities, guaranteeing a safe, well‑maintained, and conducive learning environment.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, local community leaders, and education authorities to enhance partnership and support.
- Implement student‑centered programs that address academic, social, and emotional needs, including extracurricular activities, counseling, and career guidance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven decision‑making, school inspections, and accreditation processes.
- Promote ethical standards, discipline, and a respectful school climate that reflects the values of honesty, responsibility, and inclusivity.
- Coordinate the school’s schedule, ensuring smooth operation of classes from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Represent the school at regional and national education conferences, sharing best practices and staying current with emerging trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1); a degree in Education is highly preferred.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be residents of Gempol Pandaan.
- No prior experience required, though demonstrated leadership potential in educational settings is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Core personal attributes: responsible, innovative, creative, disciplined, and truthful.
- Passion for working with children and adolescents, understanding their developmental needs.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Proficiency in educational technology and skill development (Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar).
- Commitment to a full work week (Monday‑Saturday) with flexible availability for occasional after‑hours events.
