Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Representative / Account Manager to lead our fast‑growing sales force in the consumer electronics and telecommunications sector. This senior‑level position reports directly to the Sales Director and is responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and cultivating strong relationships with retail partners across the designated territory. The ideal candidate will combine proven leadership experience with a deep understanding of the gadget, telecom, retail, or FMCG landscape, and will thrive in a fast‑paced, mobile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including promotional campaigns, pricing initiatives, and product launch plans.
- Monitor daily field activities such as store visits, sell‑out data, and merchandising displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions to improve individual and team results.
- Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and channel stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional programs and inventory availability.
- Travel extensively across the assigned region, maintaining an active presence in the field and holding a valid driver’s license.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a diploma (D3) is also acceptable.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory sales role, preferably within the gadget, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing a territory, overseeing field teams, and achieving sales quotas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market insights, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, including coaching, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a high degree of self‑motivation and accountability.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening engagements.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the coverage area.
