Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Karyawati Outlet Cabang Bandar Kidul to join our fast‑growing retail team. This full‑time position is based in the Tulungagung area, with key outlet locations in Kediri, Campurdarat, and Bandung. The role offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with customers, manage store operations, and contribute to the smooth flow of goods between our central warehouse and the outlet.
The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be expected to travel to designated outlet sites using a personal motor vehicle. This role is ideal for recent graduates or final‑year university students (minimum semester 6) who are looking to gain hands‑on retail experience while demonstrating strong responsibility and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operating the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
- Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
- Coordinating the pickup and delivery of merchandise between the Tulungagung hub and outlet locations (Karangrejo, Karangsono) during shift start and end.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
- Assisting with visual merchandising, arranging product displays, and ensuring promotional materials are correctly positioned.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Supporting the implementation of store‑wide initiatives such as loyalty programs, seasonal sales events, and inventory audits.
- Adhering to company policies regarding loss prevention, data privacy, and ethical conduct.
- Providing feedback to management on operational improvements, customer preferences, and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 30 years; female candidates must not be currently enrolled in school.
- For male candidates: open to all genders, but must meet the same age and educational criteria.
- University students must have completed at least semester 6.
- Valid motor vehicle and driver’s license; ability to travel to Kediri, Campurdarat, Bandung, and Tulungagung outlets.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and a genuine desire to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and POS software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 kg when needed.
