Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering basic questions about the dining options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver orders to tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, refill drinks, and respond to any additional needs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and produce accurate receipts.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance in line with the mall’s brand standards.
- Participate in shift handovers, reporting any issues or guest feedback to management.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining stations for special events, promotions, and seasonal menus.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).

- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and capable of delivering a positive guest experience.
- Presentable appearance with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or supplies up to 15 kg.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
