Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, friendly, and compelling product information to customers, answering queries and highlighting key benefits.
- Actively promote and upsell products, executing daily promotional strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an attractive and organized product display, adhering to visual‑merchandising standards and ensuring the work area remains clean and inviting.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with shoppers, providing personalized recommendations and follow‑up service.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the store manager and marketing team to plan in‑store events, product launches, and special campaigns.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights, reporting trends that can influence future promotions.
- Comply with all safety, health, and corporate policies, including proper handling of promotional materials.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender and any age group, provided they meet the performance criteria.
- No prior experience required, although previous work as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or in customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, confidence, and the ability to persuade customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers find solutions that meet their needs.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under sales targets and time‑sensitive promotions.
- Basic numeracy for handling transactions and simple inventory tasks.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
