Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating daily activities across all restaurant outlets, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and equipment maintenance.
- Support project teams by preparing timelines, tracking milestones, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Act as a liaison between the front‑of‑house staff and back‑of‑house departments to resolve service issues promptly.
- Monitor and enforce hygiene, safety, and quality standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Participate in training sessions for new hires, providing guidance on customer service etiquette, order taking, and point‑of‑sale systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, labor costs, and operational expenses for analysis and budgeting purposes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, menu launches, and special campaigns, ensuring all logistical details are covered.
- Work under pressure during peak hours while maintaining a calm and solution‑focused attitude.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost‑saving initiatives, and service enhancements during regular team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B sector (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and discipline.
