Introduction
The position of Racker / Penyusun Bola Billiard is a vital entry‑level role within our sports‑and‑recreation division. As a member of the billiard equipment team, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and maintaining high‑quality billiard balls for use in both our in‑house gaming areas and for distribution to partner venues. The role is open to female candidates who have completed at least a junior high school education (SMP/MTS or equivalent). No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn a skilled trade, develop a strong work ethic, and grow within a fast‑moving entertainment environment. Working hours are scheduled from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with exact days to be confirmed during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Collect raw billiard balls from the production line and verify that each sphere meets the required size, weight, and surface finish specifications.
- Arrange balls into standardized racks according to game type (e.g., 8‑ball, 9‑ball, snooker) ensuring proper order and orientation for seamless gameplay.
- Inspect each assembled rack for imperfections, replace any damaged balls, and record quality‑control findings in the daily log.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, regularly sanitizing tools and surfaces to comply with health‑and‑safety standards.
- Assist senior technicians with minor repairs, such as polishing worn surfaces or re‑balancing balls that fall outside tolerance ranges.
- Coordinate with the inventory manager to track stock levels of balls, racks, and ancillary supplies, prompting re‑order when thresholds are reached.
- Support the setup of billiard tables for tournaments, exhibitions, and daily customer use, ensuring that all equipment is correctly positioned and ready for play.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers who have questions about ball maintenance or game rules, reinforcing a positive brand experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or an equivalent junior high school diploma.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: No upper age limit; we welcome applicants of any age who meet the other criteria.
- Experience: None required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key skills: Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to follow precise assembly guidelines.

- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus but not mandatory.
