Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, accurately verifying personal and vehicle data.
- Present and promote a range of car insurance plans, highlighting benefits, coverage options, and pricing tailored to each caller’s needs.
- Utilize the company’s CRM and underwriting software to input and update customer information in real time.
- Ensure all application forms are fully completed, checking for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Follow up promptly with leads who express interest, coordinating with the underwriting team to accelerate policy issuance.
- Maintain detailed call logs and daily activity reports to track performance against sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a professional, courteous experience.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, new product features, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; college students are not eligible.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in car‑insurance telemarketing is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets – a truly target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written, with clear articulation and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including data entry, email communication, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, disciplined work habits, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also thriving in an independent, results‑driven setting.
- Willingness to be placed in the Tomang area of West Jakarta, with a full‑time schedule from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday.
