Introduction

Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve, and replenish a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and soft drinks, while adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, bar area, and related equipment to meet health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other consumables; place orders and receive deliveries to prevent stockouts.
- Assist in training new team members on proper beverage preparation techniques, customer interaction protocols, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, front‑of‑house, and event teams to coordinate service during peak periods, private functions, and special promotions.
- Handle cash transactions, process POS orders accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
- Conduct routine equipment checks, perform minor maintenance, and report any malfunctions to the operations manager.
- Support the implementation of new menu items, seasonal beverage offerings, and sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction and recycling programs.
- Uphold brand standards by ensuring consistent taste, temperature, and visual appeal of every drink served.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all ages; candidates must be legally eligible to work.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in beverage service, café operations, or a related hospitality role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong enthusiasm for hospitality are also encouraged to apply.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime during events or peak seasons.
