Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Engineering ME & Civil Daily Worker to join our fast‑growing construction and mechanical‑engineering team. This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience on a variety of projects while working alongside seasoned engineers and site supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Responsibilities
- Assist mechanical and civil engineers with daily site tasks, including material handling, equipment setup, and basic measurements.
- Perform routine site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain simple documentation such as daily logs, material requisitions, and progress reports.
- Support the construction crew in concrete work, formwork assembly, and basic surveying activities.
- Transport tools, supplies, and equipment between storage areas and work zones while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings, promptly reporting any hazards or incidents to the site supervisor.
- Assist in the installation and alignment of mechanical components, piping, and structural elements under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, ensuring that waste is properly disposed of and pathways remain clear.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing timely updates and seeking clarification when tasks are unclear.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through on‑the‑job training, workshops, and mentorship programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all ages (no maximum limit).
- Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, high motivation, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction practices (preferred but not mandatory).
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 25 kg, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work a six‑day week schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
