Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Pemimpin Tim Operasional to join our rapidly expanding network of Cibiuk Resto outlets across the Jabodetabek region. This leadership role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food & beverage (F&B) industry, possess strong communication skills, and are ready to drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment. As a Team Operations Leader, you will be the pivotal link between corporate strategy and the day‑to‑day activities of our restaurant locations, ensuring that every outlet delivers the high‑quality service and food standards that our guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Cibiuk Resto outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, manage shift rotations, and monitor attendance to guarantee optimal coverage from Monday through Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Lead, coach, and develop frontline supervisors and crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer‑centric service.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, labor cost, food waste, and customer satisfaction scores, and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections, performing mystery shopper evaluations and operational audits to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction, while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to launch new menu items, promotional campaigns, and seasonal offerings.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated complaints promptly, turning challenging situations into positive brand experiences.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for the F&B sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work hard, stay disciplined, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to be deployed to any Cibiuk Resto outlet within the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
- Proven track record of honesty, integrity, and reliability.
- Basic understanding of store operational management, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cost monitoring.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, with occasional overtime during peak periods or special events.
