Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Childcare Provider to join our supportive team and help nurture the growth and well‑being of young children. This full‑time position is ideal for compassionate, patient, and responsible women who enjoy working with children in a safe and stimulating environment. The role offers a structured work week (Monday‑Friday) with regular hours from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a healthy work‑life balance while making a meaningful impact on families.
Responsibilities
- Continuously supervise children to ensure their safety at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
- Provide basic care including feeding, hydration, diaper changes, and toilet training with sensitivity to each child’s developmental stage.
- Engage children in purposeful play, guiding them through educational activities such as coloring, reading, and sensory exploration.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized play area and ensure all toys and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
- Facilitate positive social interaction among children, encouraging sharing, cooperation, and respectful communication.
- Observe and document each child’s progress, noting milestones, behavioral changes, or health concerns, and relay this information to parents or school staff promptly.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to emergencies, including first‑aid administration, while following established safety protocols.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other caregivers to design individualized learning experiences that align with each child’s unique needs.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with early childhood education, psychology, or nursing backgrounds are strongly preferred.

- No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
