Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join our Martapura branch and help drive growth by promoting our portfolio of financial products to both existing and new customers. Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s products—including auto loans, personal loans, and credit lines—to existing customers and prospect new clientele.
- Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate capture of initial customer data.
- Verify customer information, collect required documentation, and complete credit application packages in compliance with internal policies.
- Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with the credit underwriting team, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information on payment schedules, due dates, repayment locations, and any additional terms they must understand.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline report, highlighting prospects, conversion rates, and any obstacles that may affect sales performance.
- Collaborate with branch managers, marketing staff, and the collections department to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with market trends and regulatory changes.
- Represent Adira Finance at local events, dealer meetings, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates under 30 years are preferred.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the current posting).
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, resilience, and honesty.
- Personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
